В Интернет има доста източници на картинки, които са обществена собственост (на англ. public domain).

Тук са представени някои от тях. Това обаче не означава, че всички картинки от даденото място представляват обществена собственост. Преди да качите някоя картинка в БГ-Фантастика, винаги проверявайте дали тя не е защитена от БГ-Фантастика:авторско право.

• Dover Publications has many, many books of copyright-free illustrations. Search on "copyright-free", "clip art" or "Pictorial Archive".
